All Lanithro Lomtev  items are handmade to order. Leave your measurements if you want a custom fit!

Free worldwide shipping. International shipping usually takes about 7 days. Please expect 1-2 week time frame for your order to be made before shipped. With our current production schedule it can take from 1 to 2 weeks to produce individual order. We want your LL piece to arrive on time, if there is an event or other occasions you plan on wearing the piece for, please leave a note or email us so we can work it out and arrange the order details.


You can email us for your order info anytime. We do not accept returns, as all products are handmade to order all sales are final, please consider this before you purchase anything. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us ASAP so we can figure out a solution. Exceptions for returns/exchanges are only available when order is sent with wrong color or size. You will be responsible for shipping cost when shipping item(s) back for return or exchange.

VERY IMPORTANT! You are responsible to keep track of your package after you receive an email with your tracking number. Any destroyed packages due to no delivery or no response from the receiver will not be refunded.
We are not responsible for packages that has proof of delivery and or signed for.


You can choose to pay with Credit Card or Debit Card on the first page of your Shopping Bag. We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and JCB. Before paying with Visa ELECTRON you must obtain authorisation by the issuer for online purchase.

If you choose to pay with a pre-paid Card, remember to keep it and not throw it away after making your purchase, as you may need it in the case of refund.

You may select PayPal as a payment method on the first page of your Shopping Bag.

By clicking on CONCLUDE YOUR ORDER, after having confirmed the details of your purchase, you will be taken to the PayPal login page where you can enter your account and conclude your payment. If you do not have a PayPal account yet, you can create one from the PayPal login page, before concluding your order.

We will notify you in case of Echeque payment. Echeque’s are where you have an insufficient balance within PayPal to pay for your items outright and do not have a credit card on file with them. As PayPal will not allow your account to go into debt they take the necessary funds required to complete your transaction from your bank account.

This request for funds from your bank account is where the delay stems from as it can take 10 to 14 days for PayPal to clear the funds from your bank and pass them on.
